Great experience! I had no issues with the vehicle, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated well throughout the trip. I would definitely rent from Mathew again!

The host was great. Very reliable, responsive, and communicative throughout the trip. The Prius ran well and was extremely fuel efficient, which I really appreciated.
The main area for improvement would be cleanliness. There were some brown stains on the interior, a lingering odor that smelled like the vehicle may have previously been smoked in, and crumbs/food debris left from previous guests. It wasn’t filthy, but it could have been cleaned more thoroughly before pickup.
I’d also recommend being mindful of the pickup/drop-off location for late-night returns. As a woman returning the vehicle after dark, I didn’t feel completely comfortable at the location by myself and would have preferred a more well-lit or secure drop-off area.
Overall, the host was great and the car was reliable and excellent on gas; a little more attention to cleanliness and the nighttime drop-off experience would make it much better.

For safety, I do not normally allow pickups or drop-offs after sunset. In this case, the guest was late for both, and I accommodated her schedule. Going forward, I’ll adhere more strictly to the designated times to ensure exchanges occur during daylight hours.
Great house anytime I needed anything. They were fast and reliable at response and great customer service.
