Best vehicle. Just a lot of pressure from Turo gentlemen messenger stating disrespectfully that I did not put in extension request but I did in Turo system and glad I provided screenshot. System needs better communication support.
Otherwise, I appreciated other staff support and this opportunity.
This guest does not know how to use Turo or follow instructions properly. She kept the car 3 hours after her trip ended claiming she had extended her trip. After reaching out several times, she finally replied saying she was going to extend her trip and plans to return 6-8 hours late. This was not acceptable because this vehicle had another rental and the vehicle was originally kept without any permissions. Very Poor communication and no respect for host.
