Great vehicle, good communication will book again.

Overall good experience with the car. There was a couple times the car would slow down while I was driving on the highway that was a bit of scary. Other than that, it got me to all my destinations.
the slowing down is how adaptive cruise control works. it adapts to the vehicles speed in front of you and if the car in front slows down it does the same.

Everything was great for the most part. The location of the car for pickup was a little confusing because it wasn't in the parking lot it was supposed to be in. Which meant I had to walk around with all my luggage following my map directions looking for a dropped pin in a location that doesn't have sidewalks looking for the car. There also was an issue with the car and the engine light came on, but Michelle was quick to respond and let me know what the problem was and we were able to fix it! So that was great! Overall, it was a good experience and the car was amazing.
