Excellent customer service.
My first time in a electric car, I didn't know where to start or how to start it. my host came to the rescue and showed me how . Then I was off into the sunset with this fun little electric car. I loved it.

Overall okay experience but I would strongly recommend you take a picture of the charge level on the dashboard before you drive off. Just to avoid any surprise charges.
We strive to provide a seamless, premium experience for every guest, which includes always ensuring our vehicles are charged to 90% or higher at check-in. Unfortunately, this vehicle was returned nearly empty. The 1-star rating was left in response to the standard Turo EV recharging fee applied for the missing range. We always encourage guests to plug in or charge prior to check-out to avoid these charges.

Very comfortable car for up to 4 people. Allen was very accommodating, adapting to my schedule and preferred location. He also helped me with a google maps file with charging station locations across San Diego-LA area.Highly recommended!
