We didn't cancel. The car was at the airport. The customer cancelled before it was the time for their trip and blamed it on us. Turo took the bait as it was 14 minutes before the reservation time.

A few quality issues, nothing terrible but it can add or take from the experience. Only thing with southwest Florida is the superchargers are few and far between. You have to plan around the chargers not the other way around. Unfortunately the adapter was not there to use third party chargers which did not help. Nonetheless first experience with a Tesla was great besides those few issues. It was fun, and exciting! The host was extremely helpful and had a fast response time
