Car was dirty on arrival filled with red ants bad communication with the host stated booked the car late so didn’t have time to clean so the car was filthy from there previous client cracks in the back window etc

I am sorry you felt that way. Short notice but the car was inspected and was free of debris or trash. There may have been some spots on exterior because of rain and splatter. I granted free super charging to compensate the unjust accusations. We do everything with the hopes we have satisfied and fair Expedia with every customer.
