Thank you, Mallory for your feedback. We have an account with shiny shell car wash and completely vacuum and clean the car before each use, including a new air freshener. I don’t understand how the interior was dirty, but if it was, we apologize. book this car with confidence, it is clean and ready to go.

The car was perfect for the trip, exactly what I was expecting Jim was an awesome host quick to answer any inquiries or questions. Pick up and drop off was super easy , I would highly recommend renting from this host, and will likely do it again!!

Jim was really great to work with!
My only complaints have to do with the vehicle. When you go above 60, the left side mirror shakes and is blurry. The engine sounds like it's having a hard time getting up to speed in any mph honestly. The right side mirror won't move.
Other than that, smooth experience with a kind host! He even let me get the car a few hours early.
