This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I rented a Kia Forte from Leesburg Wheels for a few weeks, and from start to finish, everything was outstanding.
The team at Leesburg Wheels was incredibly responsive, friendly, and patient with all of my questions as a first-time Turo renter. Their customer service was truly top-notch and made the entire process simple and stress-free.
The Kia Forte was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. It was a pleasure to drive, and I had absolutely no issues during my rental.
What really stood out, though, was the level of customer service. When you find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, there’s no reason to look anywhere else.
If I ever need to rent through Turo again, Leesburg Wheels will be my first and only choice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience.
