I had a disappointing experience renting from Anthony. The car had scratches all around it, a cracked windshield, and damage to the front. At $550 a day, I expected it to be in much better condition. I had to clean the car and remove scratches myself before I felt comfortable driving it.
Anthony and I agreed that he would pay me for the scratch removal, but I haven’t received payment. I regret renting this car and plan to contact Turo customer service to request a refund.

I don’t know how you were charged 550 when the car is only posted for 200 a day before you got there we had a talk and all this went out the window because you were trying to promote your car detailing business the car was clean and I have posted the pic and your talking about lil scratches that came from other renters you didn’t have to do anything you asked if you could buff them out I said you could try and then asked if you could paint one side of the car for 3500 you were trying to get mone
