The most terrible experience I’ve ever had while renting. The car was in no condition to be allotted for 800 miles. The check engine light came on. The maintenance required light came on and the “trac off” light all came on during my trip. The gas tank door wasn’t working properly it took me 30 minutes to get gas. The host was rude and showed no remorse for putting a faulty vehicle on the app. Would not recommend renting this car at all. Will probably break down on you.
Everything described in this review is false. The guest left this negative review after I filed a damage claim.
The guest was unable to find the fuel door release button inside the vehicle and forcibly opened the fuel door, damaging the fuel door, lock mechanism, and quarter panel in the process. Afterward, he failed to properly tighten the gas cap, which caused the check engine light and related error codes to appear.

Amazing host and an even better experience overall! Communication was excellent from beginning to end — very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I had a question. The car was clean and reliable. Everything about the trip felt smooth and well-organized thanks to the host’s attention to detail. I would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience!
