Very smooth pick up and drop off Richard stayed in touch ,the car drove smooth thank you

Richard responds immediately we had a slight miscommunication on there end but he was more then willing to accommodate my needs. I would definitely rent again very nice staff.

As my first time i did struggle on the app to check in and check out. I’m a worried person so I might of sent a lot of messages but he’s quickly in replying back which it helped me a lot. Very nice and economic car. For the whole trip I only wasted $17 of gas.

Pick up was convenient however having to take a dozen or more photos at 12am was not ideal. The car wasn't as nice as it seemed online, the headlights were not aligned or seated correctly but I could see. It was good on gas but definitely needs maintenance.
