Amazing experience from start to finish! The car was super clean, drove perfectly, and was very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and I had zero issues during the trip. I would definitely book wthis car again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth Turo experience!

I would like to start by saying thank you to Dana and Chuck for being amazing hosts!! We had a minor setback at the start but they quickly jumped into action and properly took care of everything and even upgraded the vehicle for me. They were very understanding and showed my family compassion and respect. They always responded to my inquiries and updates almost immediately and even went as far as to pause the vehicle so I could extend my trip as needed. The vehicle was awesome very clean and well maintained, the drive smooth and comfortable. I definitely do recommend them and their vehicle anytime. I will book with them through the app again.

Everything was ok until I lost my Father. My mind was everywhere, but every time I notified the host that I would extend, I did. Also, this past weekend, there was a snow storm and couldn’t move the vehicle to return it, I was talked to nasty to the point I had to reach out to Turo support. Towards the end of the trip, I ONLY spoke with Turo support and not the host, due to the way they talked to me. I’ve used Turo before and had some wonderful host, but I would not recommend this host.
Losing your father has nothing to do with you WRECKING OUR CAR and not saying anything about it to anyone (especially the car owners who trusted you with our vehicle and the rental agency who placed their trust in you to return it in the great condition you received it in). We expressed our sincere condolences to you last week and we meant it when we said it. You still need to assume responsibility for your actions, whatever they may be.
