Thank you for the 5-star review and the feedback. The 4 on maintenance heavily impacts our performance at Turo so we did the following…..
Based on your feedback, we took the car in for a brake inspection. The front brake pads are at 6.1 mm/ rear pads at 5.4 mm, which is approximately half of their usable life remaining. Recommended replacement is at 2 to 3 mm.
The brake fluid level is normal.
The brakes are performing normally/inspection confirmed no brake service is required at this time.

Great experience from start to finish. The host was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as described.
