Vehicle transmission was not operating correctly and host had to switch me out to another vehicle. Host did not want to at least give me half of my money back or at least let me keep the swap vehicle an extra day. Ridiculous

We swap cars with the guest and he returned the car 12 hours late. We did not do a late return or a gas charge and he is still mad
Great communication with host would definitely rent again

Car ran but the key needs to a new battery and sometimes said “key not detected” even-though I had the key right on the push start button. Also, the car smells like smoke which was somewhat disappointing. Overall he did communicate well. Thank you.
