Edwin was such a gracious host from start to finish. He dropped the car off at my house and picked it up when the trip was over, which made everything so easy. The car was clean and drove great all week. Communication was quick and friendly the whole time. I would absolutely rent from him again, highly recommend.

Car was burning oil very strong smell in the car also the car remote key was about to fall apart and the key fob battery was dead and I couldn’t even unlock the doors

Hi Justin, thank you for the feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I have replaced the key fob and sent the car to the mechanic to fix the issue right away.
The Turo lot in the economy garage is easily accessible with #88 bus to and from airport terminals. The car was relatively clean and dependable.

This wasn't the newest or fanciest vehicle, but it was exactly what I needed and performed its job perfectly. It was reliable, and got me where I needed to go without much issues.
The owner was outstanding—very communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. They made pickup and drop-off easy and were quick to answer any questions I had.
If you're looking for dependable transportation and a host who provides excellent customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommended!
