Was late to giving me the code and the cars check engine light was on

The pickup code is automatically sent 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, but I'm sorry if there was any confusion or delay. Regarding the check engine light, the vehicle was safe to drive, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. The car got me where I needed to go, but there are a few things future renters should know. I rented it while my own 2026 vehicle was in the body shop after a collision, so I may be a little spoiled by newer features.
— The windshield wipers were very loud and seem like they could use replacing.
— The climate control buttons were difficult to press.
— The car seat tether anchors were difficult to access between the seats. As a nanny who installs car seats regularly, this was frustrating.
— The aftermarket Bluetooth system requires you to press the Bluetooth button every time you get back in the car to reconnect. Since I’m in and out of the car often, this became the biggest inconvenience. I also couldn’t change songs using the steering wheel controls while connected via Bluetooth.
— A phone mount would be a nice addition for guests using navigation.
The tire pressure warning light was on when I arrived, but the host came out and let me know not to worry about it. I also noticed the gas tank was about three-quarters full at pickup, and the host told me to simply return it with the same amount of fuel, which I did.
Overall, the car served its purpose, and I think addressing these few items would make the experience even better for future renters.

Post trip host sent me a bill for an extraordinary amount of tolls. As l looked through the dates of these tolls it was apparent that they were not mine. I told the host this and also that I didn’t yet have the time to go line by line but it was clear and apparent that they were from prior to my rental. Host did not pull the bill, I did not authorize payment yet Turo automatically charged my credit card for what Edwin submitted. I was clear and the bill is clear that they were not mine. Renter beware. I feel very scammed. Will be following up through Turo for a refund but I would not ever rent from Edwin again.
