Host was helpful trying to get us a different vehicle at the last minute, our the car we ended up with was not in great shape, but did the job.

The car reeked of cigarette smoke, which was less than ideal since I was traveling with my 1 year old.
Additionally, the car’s trunk contained garbage, opened mail and a weave. (I wish I could like the photo here) I had to move those things out of the way in order to store my luggage in the trunk.
The responsiveness and integrity of the host was truly shocking. Since they didn’t have a suitable vehicle to swap, I requested a partial refund/ reimbursement for the inconvince. I had multiple phone conversations regarding the refund. At the end of each conversation, I was told that they would call me back shortly or by the end of the day or the following day. That never happened.
If you can avoid utilizing their vehicles, I would recommend it.
