Car was not cleaned when we received it. Car was one hour late. Because it was late it was hard to figure out where to go until it was officially at the drop off destination. I wish we had been told that there was a Tesla conversion charger in the back. We had to drive a very long way to find the proprietary charger for this vehicle.
