Communication, delivery and efficiency was excellent. We were disappointed the car was delivered in poor condition- dirty on both exterior and interior and a completely empty gas tank - but we did book the car last minute and it was delivered within an hour, so I’ll give him that.

Julian was a great host. Super nice, easy to work with, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Great car as well, delivered very clean (inside and out). Fun to drive. Will definitely rent it again (or one of his other vehicles) next time I’m in town.
