Very helpful and kind experience. The car was in good condition and had no issues. Would do business again.

Professional and kind host, the car was useful for my needs and I would recommend.

Car was okay, stirring wheel needs oil, because it’s super stiff to turn wheel. Car tire pressure was on the entire time, kept trying to put air in them but they were worn. And last but not least, I was visiting a burial sight because of a family lost, and I just never noticed there was 3 holes in the front windshield. I was scared that one of the guys at the burial sight did it when they pulled off. I was already so anxious because of the loss of family member, so when I called Havis, he lead me to believe It was an issue I’ve created. Instead of comforting me and telling the truth that he had cracked the window his self before hand, he had me chasing the funeral director and police around for several days. Once I zoomed in and realized on my pictures before hand that the cracks were already there during pick up. It’s almost as if if I didn’t realize that he would have continued to harass me my entire trip about getting the funeral burial sight to pay for the window, even though he knew it was there before. This trip was okay, and I can say Havis checked on me a lot at the end trying to figure out about my trip status, even though he knew he had did me wrong with the window smh.

HAVIS's response

Hello, thanks for the feedback, however, you can't blame me for not knowing how to reset the tpms light, all you needed to do was to call for directions, and regarding the steering wheel, if it had a problem, you will see a steering light on on the dash. Also note, when you called about the incident you said it was the side mirror and not the windshield, so that's on you, and claiming I'd harassed you is so absurd and telling. We completely appreciate your business and look forward to hosting.

Host was amazing and had open communication.
