The overall expereince was okay. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. But the 4 Stars would really be for not being afforded all the amenities of the car. Specifically the mobile phone key access, which isn't offered by the owner for "safety reasons". The accessibility is probably one of the biggest selling points for Tesla, and I wasn't able to use them.
Not having access to the mobile key does take away key features like remote start (which is kind of useful during this very hot summer). Mapping out trips quickly and then being able to send it to the car. Or even being able to lock/unlock the car without being next to it.
Overall clean car and great host, but probably would not rent again.
