expectation ? on this trip customer has a nail on the tire and customer did not care & continue driving the vehicle with low air on the tire until tire disintegrate and get stuck with not tire in the highway - & claiming a refund for what she cause. on turo platform all that is related with nail in tire or thing like turo and host is not responsible any nail can be pick at on the route customer is responsible to plug it - this customer just left the vehicle abandoned with destroy tire and rim -
