Hi Caira, thank you for booking with us. We sincerely apologize for the crumbs and condition of the vehicle at pickup. Due to an immediate flight change with the previous guest, there was very little transition time to properly inspect and prepare the vehicle, and their photos did not reflect the mess left behind. The vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition, and the maintenance lights have been addressed. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
This experience with this car was so easy and user friendly. I would definitely rent again.
