Few things I didn’t like that the host did but ultimately great ride and car
Thank you for your feedback, Montee. I’m glad you enjoyed the car overall. The delay at pickup was due to a discrepancy between the information on the account and the license verification, which needed to be cleared by Turo before I could release the vehicle for both your protection and mine. Once Turo confirmed everything was resolved, access was provided.
