Car had a lot of paint scuffs and marks. Broken fender pieces. Snacks and wrappers were under seat from last renter. Car condition 6/10. Neglected.
New tires were not calibrated properly. Was receiving warnings the whole way. Tire pressure dropped several times.
Elizabeth was a good host and helped during a difficult and frustrating schedule change. Communication skills were average. Sent a message back in March and never heard a response on the question. Then went 72 hours without hearing from them when trying to determine the pick up location.

Thank you for your feedback. This Supra is a used vehicle, and the cosmetic wear present is consistent with its age and mileage. There are no broken body panels or mechanical issues affecting the vehicle. The aftermarket wheels are an appearance upgrade for a more aggressive stance and do not impact safety or performance.
