Great experience!!!! Only complaint is I didn’t book longer!!!!

The USB plugs in the car didn't charge our phones but it was an amazing trip none the less! Thanks for the rental!

Car did the job but was out the way and would have rather paid to just get a car onsite than to have to get a ride all the way there and back to rent the car. Also, just had to do a lot to rent the car.

Customer service was terrible. Car promised bluetooth connectivity but when attempting to set up bluetooth the screen was fully unresponsive after turning car back off and trying again, had no way to connect to bluetooth so I attempted to contact owner and owner very rudely said “can you message me instead of calling me please??” And then immediately after the call I sent a message and was never once followed up with after multiple message reach outs. The car also had many squeaks including squeaky breaks and a squeaky rear door. And pickup/drop off was clearly instructed but felt incredibly unsafe and unreliable. Although this was a budget vehicle it was still money that could have been spent on a much better vehicle/customer service experience.
