She was definitely the hostess with the mostest. The car was even more than what I expected. Took a few minutes for me to figure out how to drive it but I couldn't been happier. Very clean and very economical. I highly recommend her and her vehicle. I will be renting from her again

The experience was lovely up until the last day where the evening fell 25 degrees with winds of 40 mph unheard of weather in Las Vegas. Best car to rent gas saver. The Hostess was amazing

We rented a 2022 Prius from Rui Chen with turo for an eight day Utah National Park trip. About three hours after renting we are on the expressway in remote Arizona and we have a flat. First there was no spare tire in the car. There was some kind of fix a flat contraption that I didn’t know how to use but figuring it out. I went to the next town and had to buy a new tire. She has never said thank you. Four days later we are in remote Utah and the maintenance warning light came on that said See dealership. That totally freaked us out because we didn’t have many options if we had car trouble. We texted the owner and she said, “Thanks for letting her know.” Unbelievable. What we realized later was that her car needed an oil change by the sticker on the windshield. She neglected to take care of this before we rented her car. Totally unacceptable. She also had the audacity to charge us $47.92 for mileage overage. This is what you have to be aware of when you rent from Turo. This owner was not very responsible in renting her car to us on an 8 day road trip in very remote areas. Our vacation could’ve been better if this owner had a done her part in servicing her car. For the next four days we were on edge with what next is gonna happen. Is our brakes gonna give out? Is our hoses gonna bust or what. With all this being said, we asked to be reimbursed for the tire that we bought her and Turo said we’re not eligible for that refund. And the owner never offered to reimburse us or split the difference of the tire which cost me $120. She still hasn’t said thank you for the tire that we bought her or has never mentioned that she was sorry that she didn’t have a spare tire. We will never use Turo again because we thought they would help out the customer renting under their name, but they have not so we will never rent from Turo again. We will go back to rental cars because we have experience in the rental car business of them taking care of us if we are stranded or need help. Turo didn’t and does not. Beware Toro customers! You are putting total trust in the owner of the car to take care of the car for you to go drive. This owner did not and has not reached out, said sorry, or done anything other than take our money. So Turo good luck in the future. You won’t get more of my money anymore..
I understand your dissatisfaction regarding having to pay for a tire. However, upon review, the tire was found to be in perfect condition with clearly defined tread at the time of vehicle handover. The damage was caused by contact with a hard object during your driving. Therefore, you are responsible for covering the cost of the tire replacement.
