Roger was great. Very accommodating and responsive. Excellent host and would highly recommend working with Roger. Car was perfect for a rental. Comfortable and great gas mileage being a hybrid. Very clean inside and out. No obnoxious odors and no recognizable smoke odors. Will definitely rent from Roger again and recommend him highly!

Everything was fine.
We couldn’t figure out how to open all the doors when the driver’s door was opened. We had to use the unlock button on the door.
Hi Dean! Definitely something I could have helped with. Unlock button on the door or clicking the unlock button on the key fob twice in quick succession would have also done the trick. Glad you enjoyed your trip and the Camry worked well for you.

I really hate to not leave a 5 star review. The host was amazing and extremely responsive but the car had an overbearing cigarette smell. Other than that the car was very nice but I can’t get past the smell.
