Second time renting from this company and they make it too easy to keep coming back to them. I was having some trouble getting home in time from Cali and they made an exception to extend my drop off for an hour so I could charge it and vacuum the interior. Will be back for the next trip!

The car was great. Owner did not provide a physical key, because of this I was unable to park at my hotel since my hotel only offered valet parking. Owner did not disclose ahead of time that a physical key would not be provided. If I had known that I wouldn’t have rented.
