First time driving a Tesla. It was cool.

The car was fine yet the issue is that we came there for a birthday trip flew in on 7/11/2026 arrived at 1 pm CST to find out that the vehicle was at the remote parking lot. Also, I had on designer clothing to be drenched in sweat with 118 degree heat 🥵 since I had to walk across from LAS rental location. However there's a TURO lot outside where the hosts can park for up to three hours as long as it is a TURO car/vehicle. In addition, you will have to pay $14.00 to exit said lot as well. In addition, I brought the Tesla M3 back with 221 miles which was not what I had when we arrived on top of he could've had the car cooling down. In closing, I told the TURO representative they should encourage/ensure that no one else has this experience going forward or further overall.

Thank you for your feedback. At the scheduled pickup time, the designated Turo lot was completely full, so I had no choice but to place the vehicle in Turo’s remote parking area. Your flight was then changed, and you arrived approximately 12 hours later, after the car had already been parked. I understand how uncomfortable the Las Vegas heat can be and regret that the pickup was inconvenient. The parking exit fee is charged by the facility, not by the host. Amazing experience from start to finish. The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy and convenient. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and the host was always responsive and helpful.
I also had an issue related to my driver’s license, and the host went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly, which I really appreciated. Their professionalism and customer service made the whole rental process stress-free.
Highly recommend this host and would definitely rent from them again. Five stars all the way!
