TURO said I did not return the car on time. I notified the owner 2 hours before the return time that I had dropped it off and returned it as per his instructions ……..to the letter !!!! Not happy with TURO right now that I wasn’t able to go through “THEIR” return on the app as it was NOT loading on my phone, but I was able to notify the owner and confirm I brought the car back early.
