Having a problem with car maintenance I guess and can’t get a car swapped
The check engine light came on for a loose gas cap. The car did not drive any differently, the previous guest just didn’t tighten the cap all the way. We were sold out and couldn’t swap the guest into another car. Very unfortunate to get a 1 star for a situation like this.
