I booked the mini for airport pickup in vegas oct 1-8 but injured a tooth day of departing so messaged host and asked if car could be picked up on the 4th instead at same location and he replied yes but on arrival he messaged saying he was too busy to return car to airport and i would have to take a cab to his location for pickup.
He should nit have assured me it would be at airport and then leave me with no car.

The guest booked a non-refundable rental but was unable to pick up the vehicle as planned due to a last-minute issue. We assured them that the car would remain available for pickup within the rental period. Although the guest requested the car for three days later and we provided a pickup location, they demanded free delivery. As we genuinely lacked the staff to make a delivery, the guest threatened to leave a negative review.
The cruise control did not work.

This is an older car; it doesn't have adaptive cruise control—only standard cruise control—and an inspection confirmed there are no issues with it.
I’m sorry the car has been sitting in the driveway since late last night waiting for you to pick it up on time. I forgot I had to close this out, the car was great. I just wish I would have been able to connect to the Bluetooth, but I asked a couple times for help with it and never got a response.

I am very sorry. My mother was hospitalized due to a sudden illness, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in my reply.
Should have been told before we rent that the car only takes high premium gas.

We provide detailed information in the vehicle description; furthermore, most German cars require 91-octane gasoline—this is common knowledge. It seems to me that you didn't carefully review the details before renting the car.
