Pickup was pretty straightforward. A little inconvenient having to walk to the remote car rental lot in the heat. Couldn't find the car initially but the owner was available right away to assist.
I don't know why guests feel they should ding our reviews for convenience when we tell everyone upfront, upon booking, that Turo requires us to park in one of two Turo approved locations for the LAS airport. We have no choice but to comply. Hurting our ratings is unfair as their complaint should be aimed at Turo. Guests should also know that most airports in the US have off-sight rental car locations. As for cleanliness, we consistently receive high marks for it.

Windshield has a chip which was repaired. We did not replace the windshield and would go out of business quickly if we did every time we get a chip. This should not have been 4 stars on maintenance as repaired chips are not a maintenance item.

Car was extremely Clean, location super convenient and the Host was generous as can be.

Communication was excellent! Easy pick up amd drop off. Although the vehicle was not what we originally booked (not the fault of the host), he did get another vehicle ready for us! Vehicle is older but got the job done and was very clean.
