Windshield has a chip which was repaired. We did not replace the windshield and would go out of business quickly if we did every time we get a chip. This should not have been 4 stars on maintenance as repaired chips are not a maintenance item.

Communication was excellent! Easy pick up amd drop off. Although the vehicle was not what we originally booked (not the fault of the host), he did get another vehicle ready for us! Vehicle is older but got the job done and was very clean.

The car is in tired condition, the air freshener was so strong it made our eyes burn, we were given the car with 7/8 tank of gas and yet just got charged a service fee for the owner having to fill it, and the directions for returning the car were unclear. The car was fine - but definitely take a photo of the gas gauge when you pick up the car.
Prior guest smoked pot. We ozone bombed it and put in a new freshener. That's likely the reason for the strong smell. It should be fine now. As for the gas, if my team incorrectly invoiced you, you should have disputed it or let me know so I could cancel the invoice. I would have been happy to do so as we don't expect guests to pay for gas they didn't use. Turo adds the service fee and we have no way to remove it.
