he 2019 Mercedes-AMG E 53 is an incredible car. The deep red exterior is absolutely stunning, and the AMG styling gives it a perfect mix of luxury and performance. It is fast, smooth, comfortable, and handles beautifully. The interior feels premium. This is not just transportation, it is a true luxury-performance experience.
When I had an unexpected tire issue, Darnell provided outstanding roadside support. He responded quickly, remained in communication, and even helped me get the right tire shop to replace it, making sure the situation was handled properly. His support made a stressful moment much easier. Beautiful AMG, excellent host, and a genuine five-star experience. I would absolutely rent from Darnell again!

This was by far the worst Turo experience I’ve ever had.
I was given a car with absolutely zero tread on the tyres, with wires visibly sticking out. The vehicle was completely unsafe to drive and could have suffered a tyre failure at any moment.
I was then told to take the car to a garage, where I waited over two hours, only to be told they couldn’t replace the tyre because the car didn’t have the locking wheel nut. In the end, I had no option but to return the car without even being able to use it.
Despite all of this, I only received a partial refund. No replacement vehicle was provided and no full refund was given. The whole situation cost me valuable time, money, and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress.
The only positive was Anthony from the team, who genuinely tried to help throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and the only person who seemed interested in finding a solution. He deserves recognition for his efforts.
Very disappointing experience overall.
