For our 10 year wedding anniversary my wife and I were planning a road trip to the Grand Canyon with this AMG GT. Instead of driving two days, we only drove 2 miles as the car had a flat tire upon pickup. The worst part was that the host/co-host knew that the tire was leaking air, but they thought it would hold enough air for the duration of our trip (it did not). Yes they agreed on a full refund, however we had to cancel our long awaited anniversary trip and besides having lost a full afternoon, we also made $50 Uber costs to get to the car and and back to the hotel. Communication was good though, hence the two stars.
Tire was at the correct pressure at the start of the trip.
I mentioned that maybe it was a tire leak but it was fine at the beginning of the trip. Not sure why Joe thought I knew about a problem.
What most likely happened was that he ran over a nail and tire deflated. I was nice enough to call Turo on his behalf and advocate a full refund for him, something Turo didn’t want to do for him.
If I had known the tire had an issue, it wouldn’t go out on a trip.

The car was excellent. Fun to drive and definitely a head turner cruising the strip. We took a day trip to the grand canyon in the car and the convertible made the trip excellent for the views along the way. Host was easy to communicate with and made pick up and drop off a breeze.
