My second time renting this vehicle and I can’t say enough good things about the vehicle and the host

The car overall was good , struggled on the hills a bit. We had to book the car twice due to us being late. When Turo tried to contact the host numerous times she didn’t respond. Unfortunately although we had the car booked 10am-11:30pm, we think she sold the car out from under us. We did tell her due to traffic we would be late. She read our responses but never responded. We ended up losing a lot of money due to this. I am not sure if we will ever use Turo again. Whenever we had questions she was responsive , just wasn’t during the time we needed her to respond the most. We had no idea being late would cancel the vehicle even after renting it all day. Which led to us losing our booking and the money with it.
