This is very unfortunate. I have never had any problems with the Host on Turo until this rental. I had contacted the host in advance to let him know that my DL had expired and that I would have new one by bthe time I picked up the car. He confirmed that was OK. While I was still on my flight and before I even landed I was notified that the rental was canceled. I then rebooked with this Host as I anticipated him being honorable and willing to work with me. I think I made a mistake. After returning the car, and washing it bythe way and returning early, not only did I not get credit for the early return but he has refused to refund the initial charge foir the rental that was canceled. He is even going so far as calling me abusive and trying to exhort from him! He also claims that Turo will delete my review. This is very unfortunate in that I have had nothing but great experiences with Turo Hosts in the past. This will certainly be interesting to see how Turo handles a Host like this. My suggestion to other potential renters is find another Host in LV.

Your original reservation was cancelled by Turo due to a breach of contract on your end. We remained available, responsive, and ultimately provided the vehicle with no delays.
