Driving the Lucid Air around Vegas was a good experience overall, but a few issues keep it from being a perfect 5 stars. The car unfortunately had some pre-existing damage when I picked it up. Additionally, while I was getting settled and doing the initial setup, a few pieces of the interior trim actually came loose and broke. Despite these cosmetic and interior quirks, it still drove well for the trip. Just make sure to thoroughly document the car's condition during check-in. The renter was super responsive and helpful when needed

By “damage” he means scratches on one side of the a door. Guest also called Turo to have a nonrefundable trip refunded to him for this reason even though it goes against terms of use. Since car did not have any damage or any mechanical issues.
