Lea was AWESOME! Clear communication before my trip, even did a little check in with me during. Even though there was an incident before my trip where I couldn't use the car I originally reserved, she was still able to get me into another one swiftly at no extra charge. I loved that she was able to drop off the car at the lot near the airport, making getting to the car and starting my vacation quick and easy. The car she was able to get me in was good on gas, drove smoothly, and did great on the highway. I will DEFINITELY reserve with her again when I'm in Vegas. Thanks again Lea!
