Overall car works well gets you around, ac runs cold.
It did shake a lil when at 40mph on hwy when slowing down.

Easy to retrieve and return vehicle. Car was clean, no maintenance issues. Cosmetic damage, but did not matter to the use of vehicle. Host was easy to communicate with and provided me with all information needed to have a safe and reliable trip.
Would rent again due to ease of use and reliability of car. Thank you for your assistance!

Host was very responsive pick up location was easy to find and access. Car was not the original car I had requested but I am happy that I was able to get a replacement . The cars condition was ok . On the return trip the tire shredded and I had to wait an hour on the side of the freeway for a tow truck. Toad side assistance was very responsive. I did not know it cost extra so I paid $200 for the tow and $200 for the tire. It was an expensive trip and I’m grateful to be home

The car worked well not sure why there were complaints seems to have been fixed I faced no issues with the car and the customer service was great!
