Pickup and drop off instructions weren’t great. As a visitor it was very challenging to navigate the where and the how. If instructions were clear I’d have given this a higher rating. The seats have more wet stains than what reflect in the provided photos. The car had a 1/4 tank of gas when I received it. Otherwise, the car was great for what I needed!

This was the worst experience I've had on turo by far. I've rented twice from this same host and both time have been issues on top of issues. The first rental the tail lights were out the second car I rented was the Kia optima. We were only 30 minutes into our trip and the car starts to stall and then never starts again I was stuck on the 15 for nearly 6 hours . The host was no help at all he speaks little English all he could say was call Turo. Worst service every,cars are not up to date so please check closely before leaving with one of their rentals. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM!

Absolutely terrible!!!!! 45 minutes into my trip the car broke down. I called the host for assistance. He was no help at all. At first he said he will come exchange our car and then he said the air-conditioner didn’t work and then he said the other car was overheated very terrible in the middle of nowhere with my wife who was three months pregnant in the dark very unacceptable very unfair. The least he could do was he did send me $100 for the full tank of gas that I put in there, but I will never book with this host again absolutely not, a pregnant woman in the dark stranded for five hours luckily her sister and friend were able to come rescue us when we were in the dark very terrible 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

The car was not very good condition shakes a lot and smelled like burned oil. Didn’t enjoy the ride but the car did what it needed to do
