Fantastic Turo experience from start to finish. The car was clean, drove great, and made my trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles smooth and stress-free.
Communication with the host was excellent throughout the rental. I did run into an issue on the last morning when the battery had died, but the host responded immediately, came out to jump the car, and made sure I was able to get it to the gas station and return it safely. I really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation and how helpful they were.
Things happen, but great customer service is what stands out, and they definitely delivered. I would absolutely rent from this host again. Thank you for helping make an awesome weekend even better!
