Esteban gave us a 5 star costumer service. I told him that I didn't have internet when I arrived in the States. So he waited for us to get out of the airport.
Whenever I had a question, he was there to help with tips. So communication and service was top notch 👌.
The car itself is good. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we drove smoothly to different places.
It was my first time renting from Turo, so I was skeptical. But the process was easy and Esteban made it even better.
