It was okay, when picking up the vehicle I had to wait an hour and a half as I tried reaching out to them and kept getting a voicemail. They did not send the lock box information with the check in you have to call them but they’re phones were down so we had to sit in 115 degree weather waiting in the parking lot. Overall it was okay.
