I wouldn’t trust this company this is my second time using them and second time having scammy money issues. The first time I used them I accidentally left a pretty expensive Microphone in their car. Asked them to please mail it to me and I would recompensate - they never replied. Then when I rented this car I accidentally booked it for a day longer than I needed to and I tried to change it so they could refund me within the 24 hour allotment
For which I am allowed a refund after booking- also never responded; scammed me out of $100. They never respond when it comes to giving back your valuables or recompesating for your unnecessary charges. But when I bring back the car with the full tank of gas like they gave me; they charge me $28 and claim I didn’t refill the tank. Now they are claiming that I caused a collision with their car because of a nail they found in their tire which I’m pretty sure was already there when they gave me the car cause it kept saying tire pressure fault. So instead of going to get their tire patched they wanna use it as a way to get as much money as they can from their customers. So just because the initial price is cheap doesn’t mean they aren’t gonna try to suck every last cent out of you. Or that they aren’t gonna hoard any valuables you accidentally leave in their cars. You should probably try to work with a private owner than give your business to a sheisty company which is what they are and what most of us are trying to avoid when using
