Car quality decent remote start don’t work and clunks a little bit.

Overall ok experience, car smelled like cigarettes upon picking it up, seems like the car has seen better days. Also when you pick up the car you have to pay for the parking in the lot which was not disclosed. Still a fun car to drive and communication was fast

The pickup instructions were perfect. It got a little chaotic because my maiden name was on the website and my married name was on my license. I checked in early that morning and didn't hear about that until right before pick up, but I'll take responsibility for missing that. The car smelled like marijuana and it was a pretty loud ride. I could tell it was older and be used a few times.

The host was difficult to reach, the mustang was in poor shape with over 100,000 miles on it, and the app would not upload my license or insurance information so I had to argue with customer service for a half hour before I could get the keys. I would steer clear of Turo if at all possible. It’s not worth the headache

The communication was great. The car not so much. It definitely needs some work done to it. Did not feel safe driving on the freeway.
