We returned the car one day early. As stated in the contract, we expected a refund for that day. We tried contacting them several times to ask for information, but received no response whatsoever. Very poor communication, very poor service.

Never again!! Do you clean your vehicles after each customer trip? The vehicle was extremely filthy inside & out. It ruined my wife’s wedding dress. Vehicle smelled like smoke. The host wasn’t the most helpful. Vehicle ran smoothly that’s about it.
