Told me the original car I rented wasn’t available 2 hours before I was supposed to leave. Fiat barely ran. Stepping on the gas the car doesn’t want to move and shakes. Very concerning, no response from owners after I stated my issues with the vehicle.

The original vehicle received a low battery alert shortly before his pickup, so I immediately offered a battery replacement, the Fiat, or help finding another vehicle. Davariz chose the Fiat and said, “not a problem, things happen.” He completed the full 3 night trip, including out of town driving, without reporting any mechanical or safety issue. His concerns were first raised after return. The Fiat has continued operating normally on other trips with no reported issues.
Despite the window it was very nice. The app wouldn't let me take my own photos. I apologize.

The host was amazing as usual, the car handled very well, and any issues faced were fixed right away with no delay. We think the car itself was a fun and reliable ride, and the host was and always is outstanding!

The car was excellent, we were very happy with our decision. There were very minor things that were able to be taken care of immediately, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and communicated very well. There was nothing that could keep us from booking with them again, in fact we very much look forward to it! Thank you so much for the rental opportunity!
