The host was amazing as usual, the car handled very well, and any issues faced were fixed right away with no delay. We think the car itself was a fun and reliable ride, and the host was and always is outstanding!

The car was excellent, we were very happy with our decision. There were very minor things that were able to be taken care of immediately, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and communicated very well. There was nothing that could keep us from booking with them again, in fact we very much look forward to it! Thank you so much for the rental opportunity!

Overall good but not what expected! there was a mileage limit that felt restrictive, and when I experienced a tire issue, I was provided with a tire pump (trunk) instead of the tire being replaced. For safety and peace of mind, a proper repair or replacement would have been more appropriate. Clearer expectations and better support in situations like this would improve the experience overall. If you only need a car for short distances from point A to point B, this can be a more affordable option than an airport rental!

Thanks for the feedback, Lida. For clarity, none of these issues were communicated to us prior to this comment. Fiat 500 Pop doesn’t come with a spare, but includes a new tire kit and air pump, which were unused and fully functional. Tires were replaced in Sept 2025. It may have been the weather change, which caused the light to come on. The discounted rate you selected includes a set mileage, which wasn’t exceeded or even close. That is the only reason you were heavily discounted at 45% off.
