The host was very communicative, but did not tell me, I had to pay for parking on the way out of the remote lot until I was already in the lot. The car was a piece of junk.I was appalled at the condition of the vehicle.

Misled upon booking a pick up at the airport for convenience. This is not at the airport and requires transportation, albeit there is a free option, however still not entirely disclosed until day of pick up that would be at the remote lot and not the garage on location at the airport. In my case, a Late night flights equaled little resources for the free option and a line of people longer the terminals lanes of roads. It terms of the rental, Car ran pretty rough but got the job done and the Service provided was attentive through messaging. Although overall misleading with turo providing the airport pick up option with an up-charge of nearly $100 and then had to pay the parking ticket to leave as well ($12). Lesson learned.

Car did not start upon pick up. Someone came to fix it and knew it was because the car had not been rented in a while. Should have been checked before hand, but host was very nice and responsive. Car also struggles to accelerate past 70, so driving on the highway was tough. Music also cuts in and out and sounds very staticy at times. Car would be fine for local driving but would not recommend if going on the highway. However great host
