Every ride I’ve had with this company has been great. I have no complaints. Everything worked smoothly. The a/c was the best ac ever! Gas mileage was also great, I was able to fit everywhere. I’m completely satisfied. It’s super easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle with minimal interaction with the company.

The vehicle got me from point A to point B and I didn’t experience any major mechanical issues. However, communication was disappointing. During the trip the check engine light came on, and I reached out for assistance but didn’t receive a response until after the trip had ended. I was later told messages aren’t monitored after 7 PM, but my inquiry had been sent days earlier. The issue turned out to be a loose gas cap, which was simple enough, but timely communication would have provided peace of mind during the rental. Overall, the car served its purpose, but customer support could be improved.
