I'm only rating at one star, because I can't go into negative. Worst clar rental experience of my life. The process required in order to get the keys to the vehicle is ridiculous. And then the car was less than desired. The windows on the car were tinted so dark that if you drove the car at night, you had to drive with the windows down because you couldn't see through the windows to see what was beside you. The headlights were so dim that I had to drive with the bright lights on in order to be able to see anything in front of the car at night' and I had to drive with the interior lights on because the inside of the car, I guess due to the window tinting' was so dark you could not see the cup holders. I really feel like I overpaid for what I got. But that's okay, but it will cause me to question whether or not I use Turo again
